Pumpkin Spice Crème Brûlée

“Why is EVERYTHING pumpkin spice in North America?” asked our daughter during our recent trip to Canada and the States. She isn’t wrong. It was the beginning of fall, the leaves were changing, the days were getting colder and everywhere you went you could find pumpkin spice something.

In fact we brought home two varieties of pumpkin spice hand soap and pumpkin spice M&Ms (I even managed to drink a pumpkin spice latte, something I thought I would never do 😛 )

Fast forward a few weeks and here we are back at home in New Zealand and I am craving the flavours of fall. So a pumpkin was bought and roasted and now you will be subjected to a few pumpkin recipes.
